Having trained at Guys Hospital, London, Gursh has completed a two year training program with the Royal College of Surgeons in Restorative Dentistry. His active role in continuing his studies has kept him abreast of the latest advances in the dental field. Deeply committed to continuing education, Dr Bajwa constantly enhances his knowledge by participating in courses throughout the world.
In the important areas of orthodontics, he has been responsible for numerous treatments since 2003 when he started with fixed braces under the guidance of an orthodontist in the Midlands. He has completed further training in post-graduate courses in Orthodontics with Dr Derek Mahony, an internationally recognised practicing orthodontic consultant renowned for developing dental treatments as part of complete face enhancement.
Gursh has completed a one year residency program with Dr Mahony in Passive Self Ligating Fixed Orthodontic Appliances as well as Dr Mahony’s three year Masters program in Full Face Orthodontics. This is currently being converted to a MClinDent in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics with the BPP university in London. Gursh also completed a residency at Dr Mahony’s orthodontic practice in Sydney in Dec 2010 where he was exposed to over one hundred patients per working day. Gursh has also completed training with Dr Ian Hutchinson – an orthodontist who focuses on lingual braces and has completed numerous Invisalign, Lingual and 6 Month Braces cases.
Gursh visits the USA on a regular basis to gain experience in the latest techniques, as well as in the UK. He frequently takes part in study groups throughout the West Midlands and since completing a training programme in sedation, he has completed more than 1,000 sedation-assisted treatments.

Gursh gets a great deal of satisfaction from “improving patients’ lives and smiles”, and in his spare time he enjoys walking and his passion for cricket – a game he played at school and university.

Since graduation from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2002, Dr Faresh Desai has continued to pursue further training and increase his knowledge and skills. In 2003 Faresh gained Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP) from the Royal College of Surgeons.
In 2011 Faresh was also awarded the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons (UK). Having also received training in Sedation, Faresh is extremely experienced in treating nervous and anxious patients in all aspects of dentistry. His commitment to the profession is shown by the numerous national and international courses he has attended in Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant dentistry throughout the UK, Europe and USA
Faresh has been placing and restoring implants since 2004 and in 2013 gained the prestigious Diploma in Implant Dentistry with Advanced Certificate in Bone Grafting from the Royal College of Surgeons (UK). He has a wealth of experience in restorative dentistry and dental implantology, including bone grafting and sinus lift for ridge augmentation. Faresh is working towards an MSc in Clinical Dentistry at Leeds Dental Institute. He is also a certified Clinical Mentor for Straumann.

Clifford graduated from the University of Newcastle in 1981. After appointments in general dental practice and various university and hospital dental departments, including twelve months in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department of a general hospital, he lectured in Periodontology and Preventative Dentistry at the University of Dundee for six years.
Between 1993 and 2000 Cliff ran his own private practice in Heidelberg, Germany, and provided specialist periodontal and implant services to a number of private practices in Heidelberg and Munich.
In 2001 he returned to the U.K and now limits his practice to periodontology and implantology, with a special interest in bone regeneration and the management of complex cases.

Keeley qualified from Birmingham Dental School in 1996 with honours and a clinical distinction. In 1998 she was awarded her Member of the Faculty of general Dental Practitioners (MFGDP) postgraduate qualification.
A conscientious, empathic and caring General Dental Surgeon, Keeley has a gentle approach to dental treatment. She has a fabulous relationship with both her adult and child patients, suuporting those who suffer with dental anxiety. Her clinical standards are high with the aim of creating and maintaining a healthy functioning dentition for all her patients.
Keeley continues to update her dental knowledge with lectures, seminars and conferences and has completed extensive aesthetic and restorative courses, covering all aspects of general dentistry.
Keeley is passionate about health and fitness and was recently awarded a Masters degree in Nutritional Therapy. Her dissertation focused on the benefits of probiotics in preventing damage to the gut bacteria following antibiotic administration in dental practice.
In her spare time Keeley works as a Nutritional Therapist in Worcestershire. She enjoys yoga, Pilates, running, and swimming. Keeley cares for her young daughter, Freya, a fiendish cat called Daisy, and two crazy chickens.

Cameron graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2007. Following further study and examination he was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons by the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
In 2013 he successfully completed a two-year diploma in Endodontic Sciences at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute. This has allowed Cameron to provide root canal treatment to the highest standards and he accepts referrals from General Dental Practitioners for this service.
He continues his studies in this area and is also involved in the teaching of endodontics to both dental students and qualified dentists. In the future, following further training, Cameron plans to apply to be registered as a specialist.

Kevin has been a practising dental technician for over 35 years specialising in chrome cobalt metal dentures. Kevin has a great interest in providing life-like retentive dentures for his patients at Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic. Kevin works closely with Dr Faresh Desai in the provision of implant retained dentures, with life-changing results.
Kevin continues to expand his knowledge and interest in implant retained dentures and the provision of metal partial dentures, incorporating many cutting edge techniques such as precision attachments and milled crowns.

Following my Foundation Dentist placement in South Wales, I was provided with the opportunity to work for a year at my childhood practice in Rugeley, Staffordshire. Here I successfully completed the ‘Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties’ (MJDF), awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
In August 2013 I returned to South Wales to a very busy city centre practice. I offer to my patient’s a variety of restorative treatments underpinned by my continuing professional development. The treatments include cosmetic orthodontics, aesthetic cosmetic restorative treatment, primary care oral surgery and implants. I believe it is important to enhance one’s professional expertise underpinned by a diverse skill base and as such, in the pursuit of excellence, underpinned by lifelong learning, I endeavour to advance my dental knowledge and expertise by pursuing avenues which will advance my clinical expertise.
I recently completed the Royal College of Surgeons of England postgraduate ‘Certificate in Minor Oral Surgery’ to acquire an excellent oral surgery background. As part of this course, I was awarded an honorary contract with University Dental Hospital, Cardiff, the enhanced surgical skills, I completed an implant course with Biohorizons to further enhance my dental skills and quality of treatment offered to my patients.
Dentistry is a continually developing field and I feel it is important that dentists are proactive in developing their skills.
Outside of the dental environment I enjoy keeping fit, regularly attending the gym, running and cycling. I have completed multiple half marathons and currently focusing training on triathlons.

Dr. Daniel Williams qualified from The University of Bristol in 2013 and is currently nearing the completion of a part-time restorative dentistry course in London with Professor Paul Tipton, finishing in October 2017. Daniel has undergone training in dental photography (April 2017), which allows the recording of high quality images with his new DSLR camera and a portfolio of images to help communicate with his patients what can be achieved through dentistry.
Recently Daniel spent a day in London (August 2017) to learn concepts in veneer and smile design from Dr. Michael Apa, a well respected dentist in this field in New York and Dubai. Daniel has enrolled on a mini smile makeover course using resin composite (white filling material) for this coming October with Dr. Dipesh Parmar, a dentist who has run courses for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Williams has a real passion for dentistry and strives for excellence in his career through constant further continuing professional development and training. He has particular interests in restorative, cosmetic, paediatric, family, pain management and emergency dentistry and thoroughly enjoys being able to help people on a daily basis.
Daniel has played both football and rugby and more recently has taken up golf, which he is still trying to improve on. He enjoys keeping fit in the gym, watching sports and spending time with friends and family.

I have worked in Dentistry for over 20 years and qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2002 in the British Army. I then enjoyed serving in various posts within the UK for the next 5 years. My husbands work took us around the country allowing me to gain experience within various NHS and Private practices.
I joined the team at Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic is 2015 in order to expand a dedicated and customised hygiene therapy service to new and existing patients. I have a strong ability to work with adults who are particularly nervous and need extra care and attention.
Since settling in Malvern in 2014 we enjoy various outdoor activities while achieving a happy family/work life balance. I am also an avid long distance runner.

Having qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2011, I bring with me a wealth of experience in the world of dentistry, having been a dental nurse for 3 years and a Dental Practice Manager for 12 years prior to this.
I pride myself on offering a very gentle but progressive approach to patients care and will always take things at a pace that is comfortable for you. Outside of dentistry I have many interests and usually keep myself busy.
Some of my interests are the outdoors, hill walking, climbing, aquarist, and amateur musician. I love guitar and drum music and I am attempting to learn to play the drums when I can (Mid Life Crisis!!).

Since Qualifying as a Dental Nurse and completing the Impression taking course I’m looking to further my development and knowledge attending more courses throughout this year.
I’m particularly interested in cosmetic and restorative dentistry treatment.
I love to travel, visiting new countries and experiencing different cultures for which I’m hoping to combine this with nursing and volunteer in Africa in the near future after being inspired from volunteering in Lesvos at the refugee camps in May 2017 I also love to bake in my spare time.
I have been a member of the team at Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic since December 2015. I’ve learnt so much since I started working here and I am still learning new and interesting things on a daily basis. I really enjoy being a part of the team here and I look forward to progressing my career within dentistry in the near future.
In my free time I play guitar and sing in a band with my fiancé. I love spending time with my family, friends and my adorable toy poodle, Daisy-Belle. I also love going to the gym, cooking and exploring new and interesting places. I’m currently teaching myself Spanish and hope to be fluent by the end of the year…fingers crossed!
I joined the practice in 2017 and hope to further my career in dentistry by training to become a dental nurse in the future. I started working as a Dental Nurse in 2009 and qualified in 2011. I have been at Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic since 2015.
My role within the practice is the Treatment Coordinator which I thoroughly enjoy. My aim is to help patients have the best possible patient journey from start to finish. I am available to patients every step of the way to put them at ease and to give them an understanding of what is come both financially and clinically.
In 2016 I won the Portman ‘Patient Service Award’ and I qualified in Radiography in 2017.
Laura joined Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic in March 2017 and has previously worked at a practice in Birmingham. Laura has enjoyed the transition from retail management to practice management. It allows her to go the extra mile to offer great patient care and really help make a difference in peoples lives by being part of their journey to a great confident, healthy smile.
Outside of work Laura enjoys trips to London and seeing shows on the West End. Some of her favourites being Matilda, Billy Elliot and War Horse.
