Practice Clinical Lead
Dentist with a Special Interest in Invisalign Orthodontics and Implant Prosthodontics

Chloe qualified from the University of Bristol in 2013 with distinction in Restorative Dentistry. She later completed the MJDF examination and holds a postgraduate certificate in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry. Chloe also achieved a Master’s Degree in Implant Dentistry (University of Bristol) with distinction and a Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy.
Her clinical practice is limited to cosmetic dentistry, focusing on Invisalign treatment and implant prosthodontics. Chloe has developed a comprehensive cosmetic and restorative portfolio and is an experienced Invisalign Platinum Provider. She treats a wide range of cases from single units to full arch fixed and removable implant supported dentures and lectures on clear aligner therapy.
Chloe accepts referrals for Invisalign orthodontics and implant-based restorative solutions, from single units to full-arch fixed and removable implant-supported dentures. She works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Chloe is a fully certified Invisalign Platinum provider and has experience treating a full range of complex cases with Invisalign aligners. Chloe also lectures in this field.
Qualified in 2013, Chloe has over 10 years of clinical experience. She is also the clinical director for two dental study clubs, where she runs courses for dental professionals. Outside of dentistry, Chloe enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs.

Dentist with a Special interest in Periodontology

Dan graduated with Honours from Cardiff University in 2018. He began his career in Liverpool, working in general dental practice for 12 months before moving into hospital dentistry. He then spent 18 months as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he developed his skills in surgical dentistry and supported the management of facial trauma and dental infections.
After this, Dan worked in Australia on the Sunshine Coast, providing general dental care with a focus on implant and oral surgery procedures. His clinical interests include periodontology, implant dentistry, and oral surgery. He has undertaken further training in these areas to support the development of his clinical skills.
Dan has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry and is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Periodontal Surgery as part of his continued commitment to professional development.
Originally from Blackwood, Dan has a long-standing interest in sport. He previously represented Wales U18s in Rugby League and played rugby union for several semi-professional teams during university. He now prefers long-distance running and keeping fit. Outside work, Dan enjoys spending his weekends with his wife, Megan, and walking their cocker spaniel, Samson.

DENTIST WITH SPECIAL INTEREST IN ENDODONTICS

Matthew graduated from King’s College London in 2016 and has since worked in private practices across Gloucestershire. After gaining experience in general dentistry, he developed a particular interest in endodontics and completed an MSc in Endodontology in 2024, achieving a Distinction.
He provides a range of endodontic treatments and uses a dental operating microscope to support accuracy during procedures. Matthew aims to help patients feel at ease throughout their treatment and focuses on clear communication and patient‑centred planning.
He accepts referrals for endodontic care and is committed to continuing professional development within this area of dentistry.
Outside of work, Matthew is a keen golfer, an enthusiastic football fan, and enjoys spending time cycling.

DENTIST WITH SPECIAL INTERESTS IN RESTORATIVE & IMPLANT DENTISTRY

Ash graduated with Honours from Cardiff University in 2018 and works as part of the clinical team at HDIC. His areas of interest include minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and implant dentistry, and he continues to develop his skills through ongoing postgraduate education.
He incorporates digital tools into his clinical workflow where appropriate and maintains an interest in the role of technology in modern dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Ash enjoys hiking, cycling, and has recently taken up skiing.

DENTIST WITH SPECIAL INTERESTS IN ORAL SURGERY AND SEDATION

Daniel is originally from Swansea and first studied Biochemistry at Cardiff University, graduating in 2008. He later completed his dental training at the University of Bristol, qualifying in 2013. He now lives in Herefordshire and works exclusively at the Hereford Dental & Implant Clinic.
Daniel has undertaken further training in restorative dentistry and oral surgery as part of his ongoing professional development. He completed a year‑long postgraduate certificate in Restorative Dentistry in London and also holds a postgraduate certificate in dental conscious sedation and pain management from UCL. This enables him to provide sedation for adult patients who experience dental anxiety or who may otherwise find dental treatment difficult, following a required pre‑treatment assessment.
Daniel has also completed oral surgery training under a specialist oral surgeon and has a particular interest in this field. He accepts referrals for surgical and complex extractions, including wisdom tooth removal.
He provides a range of restorative and aesthetic dental treatments, including veneers, crowns, bridges and composite bonding, and focuses on offering clear explanations to support informed decision‑making.
Outside work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, young son, and wider family. He has a strong interest in health and fitness and enjoys running, football, rugby and playing golf when time allows.

Clinical Dental Technician

Kevin has worked as a dental technician for more than 35 years and has extensive experience in the design and fabrication of cobalt chrome metal dentures. He has a particular interest in creating well‑fitting and natural‑looking dentures, and works closely with the clinical team at Hereford Dental & Implant Clinic to support coordinated patient care.
He continues to develop his skills in the area of implant‑retained dentures and metal partial dentures, and incorporates a range of recognised techniques into his work, including precision attachments and milled bar systems where clinically appropriate.
Kevin is committed to producing high‑quality prostheses and to continually expanding his knowledge within his specialist area of dental technology.

Hygienist

Tatjana qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2011, completing a Diploma of Professional Bachelor of Dentistry and a Dental Hygienist qualification in Lithuania. She initially worked in private practice as a dental hygienist between 2010 and 2011, having previously spent 11 years working as a dental nurse.
Tatjana moved to the UK in 2011 with her family and worked as a trainee dental nurse while awaiting her GDC registration. She began practising as a dental hygienist in the UK in 2017. Her approach to patient care is calm and considerate, and she aims to make patients feel comfortable during their appointments.
Tatjana is multilingual, speaking English, Russian, Lithuanian and basic Polish, which helps her communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking and spending time outdoors, especially hiking.

Treatment Co-Ordinator

Chelsea joined the team in January 2025 and brings valuable experience as a qualified dental nurse. She is keen to continue developing her skills within the profession and enjoys supporting both patients and clinicians throughout the dental care process. Chelsea aims to help patients feel informed and comfortable during their visits, and she enjoys being part of a team that contributes to maintaining patients’ oral health.
Outside of work, Chelsea stays active by going to the gym. She enjoys country music and likes spending her free time with her partner and stepchildren.

Sophie joined the Hereford Dental & Implant Clinic team in June 2018, shortly after qualifying as a Dental Nurse. Since then, she has broadened her knowledge across various areas of dentistry and now spends much of her time assisting with implant and orthodontic treatments.
She has completed additional training in impression taking, radiography, and dental sedation. Sophie also runs a fortnightly digital scanning clinic, where she makes use of the practice’s intraoral scanner to support clinical workflows.
Sophie is committed to continuing her professional development and regularly seeks opportunities to expand her skills as part of the nursing team.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking and travelling with her fiancé, Dom.

Olivia began her career at Hereford Dental & Implant Clinic in October 2018, joining the team as a receptionist. She later trained and qualified as a dental nurse and continues to expand her knowledge within the field. Olivia has completed additional training in dental sedation and enjoys supporting both patients and clinicians during treatment.
She aims to help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visits and values being part of a team that contributes to maintaining oral health.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time at the gym and appreciates time with her friends and family.

Grace joined the practice in 2019 as a receptionist and later began training as a dental nurse. Since qualifying, she has gained experience across different areas of dentistry and now primarily supports the team with implant‑related clinical care. Grace has also completed training in radiography as part of her continued professional development.
She values the opportunity to work closely with patients and the clinical team and is considering further training in the future to broaden her skills within the profession.
Before entering dentistry, Grace completed a degree in makeup and hair design at Southampton University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Laura joined Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic in March 2024. She has previous experience working within dental settings and is developing her skills as part of her dental nursing career. She is committed to continuing her training and supporting the clinical team in providing patient care.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Cookie. She also likes exploring new places, particularly coastal areas.

Charlotte joined Hereford Dental and Implant Clinic in February 2026. She began her dental nursing career in 2022 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in April 2025. In her role, Charlotte supports patients throughout their treatment and aims to create a calm and reassuring environment during their visits.
She is committed to continuing her professional development and is keen to expand her skills and knowledge as she progresses in her dental nursing career.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys cooking, exploring new places and spending quality time with her family.

Heidi joined Hereford Dental Clinic in 2022 as a receptionist and later qualified as a dental nurse in 2024. She enjoys the variety of her role, working both on reception and supporting the clinical team in providing patient care.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys walking her dachshund, Dexter, reading, and spending time with her partner, Matt.

Receptionist
Stephanie joined the Hereford Dental Clinic team in January 2022 after spending 23 years working in front‑of‑house roles within the jewellery industry. She enjoys the variety of her position and the opportunity to develop new skills that support both patients and the wider team.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her daughter, walking their dog Ozzy, and attending music events with her fiancé, Jase.
Receptionist
Maddie joined the team at Hereford Dental & Implant Clinic in February 2026. She previously worked for 12 years as a Massage and Beauty Therapist before moving into a reception role within the dental sector. Maddie brings strong customer service experience to the practice and supports patients throughout their visits.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her fiancé.
