What are Insignia Braces?

How long does the Insignia Braces treatment take?
Treatment times will be different from patient to patient, and will depend on the patient’s current dental health and their dental needs. However, the Insignia braces treatment can be up to 45% quicker than most conventional teeth straightening treatments, using biological forces to straighten your teeth, meaning they are a more comfortable and enjoyable orthodontic treatment.
What is the Insignia Braces treatment plan?
The Insignia Braces treatment will involve a few stages:
- The dentist will take impressions of your teeth
- Using 3D software, custom made wires and brackets will be made to perfectly fit your teeth and bite (the software will even show the patient the 3D representation end result – before they even undertake the treatment)
- The patient will have the Insignia Braces fitted
- Checkups will be arranged to monitor the progress of the Insignia Braces – These will not be as regular as conventional braces (instead of 4 weeks it can be every 10 weeks)
Although not always required, a retainer may need to be worn after treatment.
